An arcade game where players must guide a character with a severe stomachache through crowds and obstacles to reach the bathroom in time before it's too late, ToiletRush is designed to deliver a "hilarious, high-pressure experience." It puts players right into an "emergency bathroom run" scenario where every single second counts.

It is the story of a kind-hearted young man who gets bullied by his boss because he fell in love with the boss's daughter. To thwart their romance, his boss constantly overworks and harasses him. To make matters worse, he suffers from another huge problem: he needs to poop all the time, and he spends forever in the restroom.
